You can take the underground U5 directly from Alexanderplatz to the station Magdalenenstr., exit Ruschestr. Alternative you can take the S-Bahn (train) Ringbahn to the station Frankfurter Allee. From there you can take the underground U5 in direction "Hönow" to Magdalenenstr. or walk the short distance (about 10 Minutes). Please look at a map for the exact location.
